2. Description of Service
ImageMeasure AI provides a browser-native software application allowing users to upload digital images, calibrate spatial scale ratios, measure distances, angles, polylines, circle radii, and polygon surface areas, and export annotated graphics or data tables.
The service is provided free of charge for personal, scientific, educational, and commercial measurement estimations, supported in part by third-party advertising services.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership
A. User Image & Data Ownership
You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to any images, photographs, blueprints, or graphics you load into the ImageMeasure AI workspace. Because processing occurs entirely client-side in your browser, ImageMeasure AI does not store, claim ownership of, or license your uploaded media.
B. Platform Intellectual Property
All software code, source files, HTML5 canvas rendering algorithms, homography math logic, UI design elements, logos, trademarks, and documentation comprising ImageMeasure AI are the exclusive intellectual property of ImageMeasure AI and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and software laws.
4. User Conduct & Permissible Use
You agree to use ImageMeasure AI only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying proprietary source code or proprietary design systems of the Site without prior written consent.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to overload, disrupt, or interfere with site availability or server performance.
- Bypass or disable any security controls, digital rights mechanisms, or advertising displays embedded on the Site.
5. Engineering & Measurement Accuracy Disclaimer
Important Measurement Verification Notice:
ImageMeasure AI provides mathematical estimations based on user-input scale calibration, camera lens geometry, and manual control-point placement. Optical lens distortion, camera perspective tilt, lighting conditions, and manual endpoint placement may introduce physical measurement variance.
ImageMeasure AI is provided for reference, planning, and estimation purposes. For mission-critical structural engineering, architectural construction, life-critical medical diagnostics, or high-precision industrial tooling, measurements should always be independently verified using physical certified instruments or physical laser calibrators.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL MEASUREMENT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY MEASUREMENT CALCULATIONS DERIVED FROM PHOTO CALIBRATION WILL BE 100% ABSOLUTE OR ACCURATE IN ALL PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL IMAGEMEASURE AI, ITS OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS MEASUREMENT TOOLS.
8. Third-Party Links & Advertisements
The Site contains links to third-party web services and displays ads served by Google AdSense and other advertising networks. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or privacy practices of external websites linked from our pages.
